TokGhost will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of the Service resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to changes made by TikTok to its platform or API accessibility, internet or hosting infrastructure outages, natural disasters, or other events outside our reasonable control.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and TokGhost regarding your use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
